You can request changes to your bookings online at any time.

  1. Click Account App Store located at the top right corner of the home page and Login.
  2. Hover on Manage in the top menu and select Shipment Overview - Export select shipment or to search for a shipment.
  3. When you have found the relevant shipment, click it to access the Shipment Binder.
  4. Click Amend and enter the amendment details.
  5. Click Request amendment.
