How do I obtain a Certificate/Letter - if SI not yet submitted?
Need a certificate or letter before submitting your shipping instructions? No problem—you can request it online in just a few clicks.
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- Under the Summary tab in the Tasks to Complete section, click Submit Shipment Instructions.
- On the Document tab, go to Request Certificates.
- Select the required certificate or letter and click Save.
