We know that document types may need to be changed. You can update your bill of lading type online.
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- In the Bill of Lading widget at the top right, select Amend Bill of Lading.
- On the Document tab, make the necessary changes.
- Proceed through the remaining tabs to the final review page and click Submit.
