To see specific freetime information, follow these steps:
- Click Login in the top-right corner on maersk.com.
- Once you've logged into your account, go to your Hub dashboard.
- In the "Import Demurrage & Detention" widget, enter your Bill of Lading number and click View details.
- Here you can see the total freetime and buy more freetime online from 15 days before vessel arrival until 1 day after ETA. Contact customer service for needs beyond this time.
